Born and brought up in London, Ali moved to Islamabad in 2017. He brings with himself 6 years of international personal training experience. He is a Calisthenics and Gymnastics enthusiast and encourages overall fitness and mobility in his clients. Ali is also a trainee pilot.

Amna Yasin

Amna Yasin

Amina may have joined the fitness world 4 years ago but fitness has been her passion since she was a teenager. Her enthusiasm and love for her work is obvious on the floor. She trains men and women as young as 8 and as old as 70 years old, demonstrating her versatility and adaptive nature. Her vivacious energy makes her a full power house on the floor.

Asad Gulzar Khan

Asad Gulzar Khan

Asad has been a competitive athlete since his days in high-school. He grew up representing various institutions in football, swimming, 200m sprints, weightlifting and even tent-pegging. Most recently, Asad most has been a competitive power lifter and absolutely loves pumping iron.

Asfendyar Ahmed

Asfendyar Ahmed

Though most notably not tiny, Asfendyar is known on the floor as Tiny. He joined Metafitnosis as a client at the age of 12 and was coached through his transformation and later mentored as a trainer by Amir himself. Tiny is a passionate coach himself and devoted to transforming his clients. Asfendyar is a drummer and has collaborated with some of the biggest names of Pakistan’s music industry locally and internationally.

Hina Khan

Trained in Canada, Hina has been a part of the fitness industry for 10 years. Since undertaking a transformation of her own, she has been a strong advocate of functional training and is passionate about her clients overall well-being. You may find her on the floor, on her hands and knees, making sure that glute bridge is done to perfection!

Naik Alam

Naik is a Taekwondo black belt - IV Dan, 8 times national champion all Pakistan gold medalist, International Olympic Committee (IOC) certified Taekwondo coach as well as a level 3 certified personal training coach. He has travelled internationally representing Pakistan at various levels. Naik is committed to pushing boundaries in fitness and doing what no one can.

Sana Raja

Sana started her fitness journey in 2007, training with Amir on the Metafitnosis floor. His approach catalyzed a lifestyle change and she credits him for where she stands today, a Head Coach, leading one of the best gyms in Pakistan. Sana found herself at Metafitnosis and believes her clients can too.

Umar Shahbaz

Umar started coaching at Metafitnosis almost 8 years ago and now heads the coaching team in Karachi. He boasts a no-nonsense style of training, result-focused (qualitative and quantitative) approach, and, at times, an unbearable choice of rock music. Umer has successfully transformed clients from diverse backgrounds, from desk jockeys to aspiring athletes.

Umer was inspired to join the fitness industry in 2009 after years of competing and successfully representing his schools in athletic competitions. He is an avid bodybuilder and power lifter. Umer’s pleasantly encouraging attitude makes him the most sought after spotter for all the coaches.

Zahra Shamail

6 years in coaching, with a special focus on rehabilitation and injury prevention, Zahra’s training style is very hands on. She encourages her clients to activate their core to drive every move and is a big proponent of post workout diaphragmatic breathing that kick-starts their recovery process even before they leave the gym. Zahra is also a phenomenal painter
